This is a critical and highly visible role responsible for ensuring flawless client demonstrations, directly impacting our sales success and the continued growth of the Sunrise business unit. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing robust program management processes, tools, and strategies for our Sunrise demo environments. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, technical infrastructure, configuration, clinical resources, and leadership stakeholders to deliver exceptional demo experiences for our clients globally.
As a Staff Project Manager at Polly, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, driving cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers and technology partners, ensuring successful adoption of Polly’s solutions through meticulous planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure project and team objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Coordinates cross-functional projects and assumes a leadership role in shaping priorities, setting and tracking schedules, driving issue resolution, and ensuring quality. Requires strong Project Management skills and proven experience managing key customer relationships and project details.
